Job summary

Overview

Warehouse Cleaning Operative – Desborough, NN14. £12.60 Per Hour. We are looking for someone with warehouse experience to work as part of the warehouse team to ensure a clean and safe working environment. This is a temp-to-perm role, with a guaranteed permanent position after 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
• Emptying warehouse bins inside and outside of the building.
• Operating a compactor.
• Driving a scrubber/sweeper to keep the warehouse floor clean from debris.
• Spillage control.

Role Details

Days/Hours of Work: Monday to Friday rotating shift pattern.
Week 1 06:00am – 14:00pm
Week 2 14:00pm – 22:00pm

Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour.

About You / Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience working in a warehouse.
• Commercial cleaning experience.
• Counterbalance license (desirable, not essential).
• Experience using a scrubber/sweeper (desirable, not essential – training is provided).
• Proactive and hands-on approach.
