Overview

Ward Sister / Charge Nurse position at North Downs Hospital (part time – 28 hours per week). The hospital is a private facility in Surrey offering orthopaedic and other procedures, with a day unit and 15 en-suite bedrooms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the ward nursing team and support junior staff, coordinating ward activities and ensuring safe, effective, high‑quality clinical care.
  • Support the Ward Manager and team to deliver outcomes in a collaborative, high‑quality environment.
  • Be an integral part of a team committed to delivering excellent clinical outcomes and maintain organised, detail‑oriented work with strong communication and teamwork skills.
