Responsibilities
  • Lead & Support the Nursing Team: Oversee the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care for patients
  • Manage Staff Schedules & Caseloads: Coordinate staff duties, assign caseloads, and ensure balanced workloads to provide optimal care
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalised care plans
  • Continuous Patient Assessment: Regularly assess patient needs and adjust care plans to meet evolving needs and ensure successful outcomes
  • Supervise Medication & Treatment: Oversee the safe administration of treatments and medication, adhering to regulatory standards
  • Mentor & Train Nursing Staff: Support the development of your team through mentorship, training, and ongoing professional guidance
  • Ensure a Safe Environment: Uphold infection control protocols and create a safe, therapeutic space for both patients and staff
