A prominent healthcare provider in Norwich is looking for a full time Waiting List Coordinator predominantly for Gynaecology. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, and an understanding of patient confidentiality. You will manage waiting lists and work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient operations. We are looking to recruit a full time Waiting List Coordinator predominantly for Gynaecology with a cross cover for Oncology Gynaecology Waiting Lists, Hysteroscopy booking and Procedure clinic booking.
You will be a conscientious and enthusiastic team player, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will need to have a good understanding of the 18-week RTT pathways and the Patient Access Policy. You will need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of patient confidentiality.
The post holder will provide waiting list management for Gynaecology and Gynaecology Oncology within Care Group C. This role relies on close working relationships with patients, management, consultants, secretaries, departmental staff, nursing staff as well as other health care professionals, including our private provider partners. You will be required to make the necessary arrangements for diagnostic and therapeutic treatment procedures for our patients, working within the Patient Access Policy and the Trust PAS User Policy.

The role is Monday- Friday, hours to be discussed at interview.
This role does not include home working.
