Heard is a smash burger concept from 2 Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey, bringing chef-level precision and bold flavour to fast-casual dining. After touring the UK’s biggest events, we opened our first restaurant in Borough in February 2025 — now we’re building an energetic team to take service to the next level in our new Soho site.

We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Waiter / Waitress who brings pace, warmth, and pride to every guest interaction.

The Role – Waiter / Waitress

As a Waiter / Waitress at Heard, you deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service every shift. You’ll own your section, maintain menu knowledge, and support your team efficiently, ensuring high standards are kept even during the busiest periods.

What You’ll Deliver in Year One
  • Service Excellence – Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service across multiple revenue streams (dine-in and takeaway).
  • Speed & Accuracy – Hit service speed targets and ensure all orders are processed accurately (including allergens).
  • Section Ownership – Keep your assigned section clean, stocked, calm, and moving smoothly.
  • Team Support – Support the team during peak times, running food, clearing tables, and resetting sections quickly.
  • System Compliance – Accurately follow all floor systems, including POS operations, cash handling, and guest checks.
  • Standards – Maintain high personal and professional presentation standards, reflecting the brand's quality.
What You Bring
  • Front of House (FOH) experience in a fast-paced, premium casual or QSR venue.
  • A clear, confident, and warm communication style on the floor.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure with a team-first attitude.
  • Pride in doing the basics brilliantly and efficiently—every shift.
  • Reliable operational knowledge (POS, simple cash handling, cleaning routines).
