Job summary

Job description
Overview

Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience for the people we support. You can make a difference.

As a Volunteer Recovery Worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

Responsibilities
  • Support the team in completing triage assessments for people at the beginning of their recovery journey.
  • Provide accurate information and undertake duties that enhance or support the delivery of the service.
  • Assist service users to fulfil a recovery-focused journey by supporting the development and implementation of individual recovery plans.
  • Represent, assist and support the project in the delivery of its services according to the role’s criteria.
