Overview

Visual Merchandising Planner

Are you ready to bring creativity and commercial flair together? We're one of the UK's fastest-growing retailers, with over 200 stores nationwide, and we're on the lookout for a talented Visual Merchandising Planner to join our expanding Head Office team in Plymouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our stores look and feel, creating inspiring merchandising solutions that drive sales and delight our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver clear, creative, and commercially focused planograms and merchandising guides.
• Use micro space planning software and sales data to produce accurate, engaging, and easy-to-follow merchandising packs.
• Collaborate closely with Buying, Floor Planning, and Data teams to ensure consistency across departments.
• Visit stores occasionally to support reviews and new store openings.
• Take ownership of your assigned departments, ensuring plans are maintained to the highest standard.

What We're Looking For

• Background in retail or commercial roles (visual merchandising experience is a bonus).
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
• Creative flair with the ability to think commercially.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Photoshop/InDesign (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of planogram design software is advantageous.
• A proactive, organised, and enthusiastic team player.

Position: Permanent, full-time

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:45am - 17:30pm
