Become part of our progressive SFH@Home team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across OPAT, Virtual Ward pathways, and the Medical Day Case Units at King's Mill Hospital and Newark. • Current level one NMC registration

• An understanding of how IV therapy at home and virtual ward operates
