This role full time based at our Manchester, and due to the nature of the work you may occasionally be required to work weekends or nights, so flexibility is important.
Are you a sport‑obsessed storyteller who lives for big moments and fast turnarounds? We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic videographer‑editor to join our Manchester Studio video production team, with a core focus on sport. This is a hybrid shooting and editing role: you’ll capture compelling action and then craft it into standout edits optimised for social, vodcast and branded formats that grow audience engagement and revenue.
You’ll partner closely with producers to lock scopes, budgets and timelines, source and secure locations and resources, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned by following Reach workflows and processes.
On set, you’ll step up when needed directing or supporting other videographers while making sure kit is monitored, maintained and ready to roll. You’ll stay sharp on shooting trends, feeding useful insights back to the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have proven experience in a similar setup, either production company, post‑house, agency, publisher or brand. A strong showreel that demonstrates your craft, creativity.
You’ll thrive if you’re a sports loving hands‑on videographer and editor who can plan, shoot, edit and deliver to a high standard across short and long‑form.
You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud especially Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop with advanced colour grading in Premiere and confident sound mixing and mastering.
You bring fresh ideas, daily problem‑solving and a genuine passion for original, social and branded content. You can juggle multiple projects from brief to delivery, hit tight deadlines (including breaking news), and stay calm under pressure.
Organisation, attention to detail and time management come naturally, and you communicate clearly, collaborate brilliantly and work independently when needed.
