A leading media company is seeking a Video Producer to join its Manchester team. In this hybrid role, you will take ownership of creating compelling video content for competitions, from filming real-life moments to editing for social platforms. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in video production and editing, strong self-shooting skills, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. You’ll be joining Bauer Audio’s Consumer Competitions marketing team, the people behind some of the UK’s most recognisable and loved competitions. From life-changing cash prizes to unforgettable experiences, this team brings excitement, energy and storytelling to audiences every day. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Lead, wider content teams, on-air talent and CRM partners in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with a start-up feel, backed by the scale of Bauer Media Group.
As our Video Producer, you’ll bring our biggest competition moments to life. From capturing raw winner reactions to filming studio content and travelling to follow up life-changing stories, your work will help audiences feel the emotion, excitement and impact of what we do. This is a new role, giving you genuine ownership over how video content is created and evolved across our competitions.
You’ll take ownership of video content from concept to final cut, creating engaging, social-ready assets that connect with audiences.

This is a Manchester-based hybrid role. You’ll typically be in the office up to two days per week, with Fridays mandatory due to weekly competition activity. Travel is a key part of the role, flexibility is essential and a valid driving license is required.
