Veterinary Surgeon – Medivet Oadby

Join our warm and welcoming team at Medivet Oadby, a well-equipped small animal practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients and clients.

Our modern practice includes everything you need to deliver top-quality veterinary care — an in‑house laboratory, digital x‑ray, operating theatre, and dental suite.

You’ll be joining a close‑knit and supportive team, including our Lead Vet Gillian, our Head Veterinary Nurse, RVN, SVN, and Client Care Assistant. We pride ourselves on teamwork, clinical excellence, and genuine care for our patients and their owners.

We’re looking for a vet who enjoys varied general practice work and loves building relationships with a loyal and friendly client base.

The role

• 4‑day working week
• 1 in 6 weekends at Medivet Thurmaston 24‑hour hospital
• Fair share of on‑call and bank holiday rota

• Deliver exceptional clinical care to your patients during consultations and procedures.

• Prepare accurate estimates for clients, ensuring payment and minimising debt.

Your Skills and Experience

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
