Role Responsibilities
  • First point of contact: Serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits. Includes greeting all clients, answering calls, booking appointments, and handling financial transactions.
  • Administration: Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service. Provide updates to veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients requiring assistance.
  • Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most. Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
Working pattern
  • Role 1: Working around 10 hours per week over a mixture of the following shifts: Monday to Friday 18:00–23:00; Saturday 12:00–18:00 or 18:00–23:00; Sunday 08:00–16:00 or 16:00–23:00. Plus a fair share of bank holidays.
  • Role 2: Working around 12 hours per week over a mixture of the following shifts: Monday to Friday 18:00–23:00; Saturday 12:00–18:00 or 18:00–23:00; Sunday 08:00–16:00 or 16:00–23:00. Plus a fair share of bank holidays.
