Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and evaluate investment opportunities in AI, technology, and healthcare across Europe and the US
  • Lead due diligence processes including financial analysis, market sizing, technology validation, and competitive benchmarking
  • Support execution of transactions and contribute to deal structuring, negotiation, and closing
  • Partner with portfolio companies on strategy, growth acceleration, and operational scaling
  • Develop sector insights and represent the firm within the broader VC ecosystem through research, networking, and industry events
Candidate Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, or in operating roles at high-growth startups in tech/healthcare
  • Strong background in assessing AI, enterprise technology, or healthcare business models
  • Proven ability to build financial models, analyze KPIs, and distill complex markets into actionable investment theses
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and hands-on mindset with international outlook
  • Excellent communication skills; English required, additional European languages are an advantage
