A leading facilities management company is seeking a Variations & Projects Manager to oversee healthcare estates project works. Responsibilities include project oversight and ensuring compliance with regulations. Job Title: Variations & Projects Manager
Location: Royal Stoke Hospital and Haywood Hospital
Salary: £56,704.47 + Bonus
Holidays: 23 days rising to 26 after 3 years
Hours: 40 hours / Monday to Friday, 8am till 4:30pm

We’re looking for a motivated Variations & Projects Manager to lead and manage all healthcare estates project works, focusing on rechargeable value works and driving revenue growth. You’ll ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and contractual requirements while delivering high-quality, cost-effective services. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, and Soft Services teams, you’ll oversee project performance, report to senior management, and support innovation and operational excellence. You’ll also provide technical guidance and manage your team following Sodexo’s policies.
