We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced Van Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
Renault Truck Commercials - Eastern Region to be based as a starting point in either Dunstable, Reading or West Thurrock, as the daily regional sales activities cover our East region - Felixstowe, Grays, Kent, Reading and Dunstable. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing the van sales sector for the East, monitoring market trends, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
This position is a key role within the sales team, delivering sales targets and commercial objectives by driving the performance of the Van Sales Team with effective management and leadership. Your main aim is to improve our market share, increase profitability and improve conversion rates whilst ensuring adherence to Sales Product Campaigns and compliance with the Retail Operating Standards.
