Job description

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Validation Transformation Lead to join our team delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify weaknesses in existing patient record systems, data reports, and processes, recommending improvements as appropriate.
  2. Complete quality checks to maintain data integrity.
  3. Ensure guidelines are consistently followed for each service.
  4. Lead the data team and ensure clinical data is accurate and complete within the areas of delegated responsibility.
  5. Report on weaknesses within data processes, maintain/update the accuracy of patient data, ensure data quality, and oversee version control of reports to measure performance and progress.
  6. Maintain and update the accuracy of patient data and ensure quality control of reports measuring performance and progress.
  7. Manage and train the data team on internal systems and processes, providing guidance on data entry standards.
  8. Track and report patient stages.
  9. Ensure data quality is accurate and internal/external audit findings are shared and followed up across sites.
  10. Review and report on key KPI breaches within each service area.
