Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferences, and budget.
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and experiences that match client needs.
- Build custom itineraries that maximize value, comfort, and enjoyment.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, payments, and schedule changes through approved systems.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow established workflows.
- Provide timely updates, reminders, and support before, during, and after travel.
- Stay current on supplier trainings, promotions, and destination updates.
- Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level service that elevates the client experience.
- Participate in team trainings, coaching sessions, and optional professional development.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Basic computer proficiency: email, spreadsheets, online portals, and social platforms.
- Comfortable learning new software and booking systems.
