About The Role

We are seeking a Vacancy & Referral Lead for our North Division to manage and refine the full vacancy and referral process. This pivotal role ensures effective placement of individuals into our services, driving occupancy and promoting our offerings to commissioners and stakeholders.

You will be the key point of contact for referrals, liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processes from enquiry through to admission. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of our services in the North Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end vacancy and referral process for the North Division.
  • Maintain accurate data on Salesforce and SharePoint, including referral pipelines and stakeholder contacts.
  • Monitor and report on referral conversions and occupancy trends.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and referrals, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Promote Salutem services to commissioning authorities through meetings, marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Support service managers with assessments and liaise with external referring parties.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure correct fees are agreed prior to placement.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and support annual fee increase processes.
  • Represent Salutem at conferences and events as required.
About You
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data reporting is desirable.
