Richard Abson Group is delighted to be working with a leading main dealership in Stockport to find an experienced Used Car Business Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on driving performance, developing teams, and delivering a premium customer experience.

About the Role

As a Business Manager, you will take the lead in managing the sales process for used vehicles while supporting and motivating a team of 4 Sales Executives. You\'ll play a crucial role in increasing profitability and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance and profitability in line with dealership targets and growth strategy.
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes to uphold customer fairness.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and meet brand partner standards.
  • Coach, support, and develop Sales Executives to exceed performance targets and process excellence.
  • Act as a liaison with internal teams, manufacturer partners, and finance/insurance providers.
  • Tailor finance and insurance solutions to meet the individual needs of each customer.
About You
  • You\'re currently working as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, Sales Controller, or Senior Sales Executive ready for the next step.
  • You have strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of automotive finance.
  • You\'re highly motivated, organised, and passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Every other weekend OFF, plus an additional day off during the week EVERY WEEK
