A global US headquartered law firm is recruiting for an experienced Corporate Paralegal in London. The role involves reviewing and analyzing documents, drafting necessary paperwork, and working with attorneys. Applicants should have excellent academic qualifications including LPC and significant corporate paralegal experience, ideally in a top 50 global practice. Banking or Capital Markets experience is a distinct advantage.

Job description

Have you secured a Training Contract for 2026/2027 and would like to gain invaluable experience in the meantime?

This global, US headquartered law firm with a fantastic reputation is recruiting for an experienced Corporate Paralegal. This is an involved and responsible role, where you will be:

  • Reviewing and analysing documents; preparing and assembling documents for general corporate, financial, exhibit and debt information binders.
  • Drafting and editing necessary checklists, organizational charts, spreadsheets and documents.
  • Proofing and editing documents for sense, consistency, cross reference accuracy, facts, calculations and typos.
  • Drafting due diligence memoranda, call logs, fact back-up charts.
  • Working with the Paralegal Supervisor to deal with attorney requests from the New York office
  • Working with the Records Coordinator to maintain transaction files.
  • Throughout the life of a transaction will conduct various document searches and factual research, including searches on computerized systems when applicable.
  • Assisting with due diligence matters

To apply you will have excellent academic qualifications including LPC and substantial corporate paralegal experience within a law firm, preferably a top 50 global practice. Banking/Capital Markets experience a distinct advantage. Ideal role if you have secured a Training Contract for 2026/2027.
