Overview

Urgently looking for a Theatre Practitioner (Orthopaedic Scrub) in the Reading area. Dream Medical is working with private hospitals in the Reading area and urgently requires a full-time Theatre Practitioner (Orthopaedic Scrub) ASAP.

Responsibilities
  • Join a private hospital team that covers a wide variety of surgical procedures.
  • Assess patients’ health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
  • Assist in the delivery of care to meet patients’ needs.
  • Actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements.
  • Collect, collate and organise data, interpret information and make justifiable assessments, making these available to relevant others.
  • Develop a working environment and culture that improves health, safety and security, including infection control.
  • Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practices; plan, allocate, assess and provide feedback to team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and manage a wide range of activities and changing priorities.
