We are working in close partnership with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in South Devon to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs during morning sessions.

This school has recently received a positive Ofsted report, with particular praise for its Early Years provision and pupil behaviour. It prides itself on fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

About the Role

You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team, working closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs. The role involves working with individuals and small groups to help them access learning and reach their full potential.
