The Opportunity

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Catering Manager to oversee a busy catering operation at an activity centre for young children and adults.

The Role

You will ensure that the dining room runs smoothly and efficiently during breakfast, lunch and dinner times. You will oversee your team of catering assistants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and due diligence. The guest experience is paramount, so you will regularly walk the floor, capture feedback, and respond to enquiries and complaints. You will liaise with the kitchen team daily to ensure meal times run seamlessly. The role works 5 days out of 7 – 42 hours per week.

Ideal Applicant

We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager from a high-volume background, with experience of managing large teams and working within a busy environment. The candidate should have a high attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications
