An IT solutions company seeks a Service Desk Analyst for a summer 2026 placement year. This role offers university students the chance to gain valuable IT experience in a busy service desk environment. The placement includes various responsibilities such as providing first-line IT support, solving customer queries, and learning ITIL standards. As part of our placement intake for Summer 2026, you will gain superb experience of IT within a busy Service Desk environment. You will be helping to ensure the smooth running of IT operations at customer sites. Learning to take ownership of and manage client requests, management of the process using ITIL Standards through to successful resolution of the client request or incident.

To be eligible for this role, you must be currently studying at university and undertaking a placement year that begins in summer 2026. This role is not open to recent graduates.
