Location: Barrow (Cumbria)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary: £24,300

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting managers and advisors to implement the SHE management systems, including delivery of objectives and plans.
  • To support in the development and embedding of an improved safety culture within the Submarines business and support the SHE improvement programme.
  • Assist key risk reduction and improvement SHE projects and activities.
  • Provide support to audits, accidents and near miss investigations.
  • Reviewing and interpreting safety, health and environmental reports.
  • Understand ISO45001 and ISO14001 governance processes and how they are applied.
