Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Background managing fulfilment operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with 3PLs, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with international logistics and customs processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily UK/EU order fulfilment across all sales channels.
• Manage and optimise 3PL partner performance using KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs/SLIs related to shipping and delivery.
• Build and maintain SOPs for shipping and inventory workflows.
• Monitor on-time delivery and service reliability.
