Your Role in the Team

Collaborate/work with members of the International Affiliates team from time to time, and members of other marketing channels and departments on a regular basis. Become a member of a small, hands on collaborative team, who enjoy working together, and going above and beyond to reach our goals, but we also understand life\'s demands and are passionate about ensuring that our team is able to balance work and life.

  • You\'ll be responsible for management, optimisation and delivery of a significant proportion of the UK & IRE Affiliate Gaming portfolio.
  • Recruitment and development of new affiliates into the 888 William Hill and Mr Green affiliate programs.
  • You\'ll be creating and negotiating strategic partnerships to deliver revenue growth and ROI.
  • You\'ll be developing strategy briefs and online campaign marketing activities for existing affiliates including conceptualisation of key affiliate marketing messages, copy and creative ideas, execution, and live placement.
  • You\'ll work with various different teams and stakeholders to ensure all creative is maintained, relevant and refreshed to stand out against our competitors.
  • You\'ll implement a communication strategy that ensures all affiliates are kept up to date with the latest offers, promotions and marketing materials.
  • You\'ll monitor ROI, overall performance of their portfolio against business critical KPIs whilst being able to deliver overarching campaign results and data analysis to the benefit of the wider team in order to support both individual goals but also team wide targets.

Skills Needed:

We are looking for results driven and motivated by success individual with excellent communication skills and a bility to influence, engage and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.

  • Great account management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team but also thrives with individual responsibilities.
  • Excellent excel skills and report building - perfect understanding of numbers and industry KPIs.
  • Fundamental understanding of the workings and metrics of performance channels (CPM, CPC, CPI, ROI, CPA etc...).
  • Experience in using affiliate platforms such as Income Access and Netrefer.
