Greenhouse Learning is a leading local provider of one-to-one and small group tutoring and mentoring in the Bristol area. We deliver academic tuition in all the main subjects and mentoring support to children of all ages and levels.
We are a small business, managed by a husband-and-wife team, with a Business Support Manager, a Tutoring Support Co-Ordinator and a large roster of tutors and mentors. Our business has grown quickly in the years since the lockdowns, and we're looking for a new team member who shares our values to help us build our business further and play a key role in recruiting, onboarding and matching the appropriate tutor or mentor for each individual student. Role Overview
The Recruitment & Tutor Matching Co-Ordinator plays a vital role in ensuring we have an exceptional team of tutors and mentors, and that each student is paired with the right match for their needs. This role combines finding and onboarding the best-fit tutors and mentors, building strong relationships, staying on top of the documents required for safer recruitment and being highly organised to create a smooth, personalised experience for every client, student and family we work with.

The role is based at our office on Gloucester Road, Bishopston, Bristol.

This is a part-time role for 3 days a week initially, with some flexibility and the possibility of increasing the hours, and is based at the company s office in Bishopston, Bristol. This would suit someone looking for term-time only and hours during the school day. Please indicate your availability in your application.
