Do you have a passion for helping learners achieve their full potential? We're looking for a dedicated Functional Skills & Additional Learning Support Tutor to support our apprentice learners with Maths, English, and additional learning needs, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and funding requirements.
You will provide tailored learning support that ensures inclusive, accessible, and differentiated provision for every learner. You'll play a key role in supporting progression through diagnostic assessments, personalised training plans, and close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role also requires maintaining compliance with funding, quality, and audit standards, ensuring all learners receive the support they need to succeed.
The role will involve a mix of working from home and travelling to various sites to deliver training, you will be required to visit our Derby Training centre once a week.
