An organization supporting individuals with learning disabilities is seeking passionate Tutors to empower young people. The role involves teaching Functional Skills English and Maths while supporting learners in their classroom and work placements. Ideal candidates will have experience with SEND learners and a commitment to inclusive practices. A minimum Level 3 Award in Education is required, alongside GCSE English and Maths. Our Supported Internship team in Barnet is growing, and we’re looking for creative, dedicated Tutors to join us. We have full-time (37.5 hrs) and part-time (22.5 hrs / 3 days) roles available.
Our Supported Internships combine high-quality teaching with real-life work experience, helping young people build confidence, independence and lasting employability skills.

The recruitment process if successful at application, will involve a two‑stage interview process. A competency based interview will be the first stage and delivering a micro‑teach will be the format for the second interview.
Salary: £30,705 – £33,161 pro rata (dependent on qualifications).
