An NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a Junior Registrar for its Emergency Department. This role involves managing patient care, participating in a shift cycle with consultant presence, and receiving leadership training. Junior Registrar – Emergency Department, London North West University Hospitals (Northwick Park & Ealing Hospital). The post is for a 6–9 month period of junior registrar work with a progression to a departmental leadership role (including night coverage) within a maximum of 12 months. Successful completion offers entry into the CESR training programme subject to selection by the local faculty group. If the candidate does not take a lead role by 18 months, the Trust will support redeployment to another suitable NHS role.
