We are a well-established mid-size law firm headquartered in Manchester, NH, with a strong reputation in Trust and Estate Planning. We are currently seeking a lateral attorney or group of attorneys to expand our respected practice, with positions based primarily in our Boston, MA or Manchester, NH offices.

About the Role
This opportunity involves sophisticated estate planning and probate work for high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for drafting both core and complex estate planning documents, with a strong focus on asset protection and minimizing income, gift, and estate tax implications.

Position Requirements

  • J.D. (LL.M. )
  • Admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire
  • At least 7 years of experience in complex estate planning and administration
  • Demonstrated expertise in estate tax matters strongly
  • Some portable business
  • Strong drafting skills and deep understanding of tax law and probate procedures
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent client counseling abilities
