Administration Assistant – Alpha Academies Trust

The Alpha Academies Trust (AAT) is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Administration Assistant who will be expected to work at various sites across the Trust. The successful candidate will be calm, flexible, highly organised and able to effectively prioritise workloads. Experience with Microsoft Office packages is desirable, and a knowledge of Arbour and customer service skills would be highly beneficial. The role requires the candidate to administer First Aid; training can be provided for this.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and students in accurate spoken English is essential for the post, therefore postholders must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.
