A leading equipment hire company in Kilmarnock seeks a Trainee Hire and Sales Coordinator to facilitate customer relationships and manage hire desk operations. Responsibilities include processing administration, managing equipment hires and resolving issues. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is an effective communicator, and is proficient in MS Office tools. Our nationwide Plant and Tool division hires a range of equipment including diggers, dumpers and small hand tools to companies within the construction, utilities and infrastructure sectors.
As the first point of contact at our depots, the Hire and Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving our business' success by building strong customer relationships, understanding their hire needs and ensuring we can meet them.
