Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Eligible to obtain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1).
• Willing and able to travel to multiple sites 25-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Travel 25-75% of the time based on need for coverage.
• Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES).
• Educate beneficiaries about TRICARE resources and claims.

Skills

Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

Education

High School diploma or GED
