A leading housing association is seeking a Treasury Analyst to ensure financial liquidity and manage cash balances. This role requires experience in Treasury or Finance along with strong analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to support financial objectives. The position offers a competitive salary and various benefits, including pension plans and annual leave. Candidates are encouraged to apply for either a permanent or fixed-term contract.
Contract: 1x Permanent Contract and 1 x Fixed Term Contract until June 2027, Full Time, 35 hours per week
Salary: From £40,649 - £44,825 per annum (London weighted salary), dependant on experience

Our ability to invest in affordable housing depends on reliable and repeatable Treasury services. This role ensures ongoing liquidity, covenant compliance, strong risk management and supports Treasury projects that strengthen L&Q's financial resilience.
You’ll report to the Assistant Treasury Manager and work in a matrix reporting structure with the Treasury team, collaborating across Finance and with internal and external stakeholders to deliver L&Q's strategic objectives.
