Job summary

A well-known global travel brand is seeking a Travel Operations Assistant in London for a 3-month contract. The role requires experience in travel operations, proficiency with booking systems, and strong organisational skills. Key responsibilities include managing booking inquiries, overseeing quality control of bookings, and supporting the operations team. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively. This is an urgent position starting ASAP, located on-site at the client's headquarters.

Role: Travel Systems Ops Assistant

Pay Rate: £160 - £185 per day (via Umbrella)

Working Pattern: On‑Site

Duration: 3 months

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a well‑known global travel brand to appoint a Travel Systems Operations Assistant on an urgent, interim basis. Starting ASAP, the Travel Systems Operations Assistant will play a key administrative role in the team, supporting the reservations/booking system, responding to booking inquiries, managing the Guest Inbox and managing the quality control of bookings.

This is an urgent role, based on‑site at the client HQ in London.

Role Requirements
  • Extensive use of in‑house booking system
  • Admin tasks, updating flight schedule changes in booking system and moving funds from one booking to another in high volume
  • Reviewing reports and monitoring booking requests, including quality control of bookings
  • Support the Operations Coordinators in managing operations inboxes
  • Assist with responding to booking enquiries and Guest issues via email
