A leading travel consultancy in Cobham is seeking experienced Travel Consultants to join their team. Responsibilities include selling long-haul destinations and delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates should have experience in sales and customer service, along with a passion for travel. We are now recruiting for experienced Travel Consultants to join our team of experts at our store in Cobham.
Responsibilities include selling long-haul destinations and tailor-made holidays, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with customers face to face or over the phone. You will follow Travelbag marketing activity to generate customer inquiries and work to meet and exceed targets.
To be considered, you need to have experience of selling long-haul destinations and tailor-made holidays. You should have exceptional customer service skills, be driven by your passion for travel and motivated to meet and exceed targets. GDS experience would be an advantage. If you have experience of working in a target-driven environment as well as experience of travelling long haul, you would be welcomed to apply.
Travel Consultants work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, 9:00 to 18:00. In peak periods we may open 9:00 to 21:00 to meet customer demand.
Our recruitment process:
Upon joining Travelbag, youll have an initial 4-week interactive training period with our in-house training team. Youll then join our academy with dedicated support and coaching from your manager. You will have opportunities to enhance product and destination knowledge through weekly product training and supplier-hosted events.
