Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external shipping and orders.
• Optimise resource use to meet customer needs.
• Balance commercial, economic, and quality goals to deliver outstanding service.
• Identify customer requirements for economical resource use.
• Negotiate delivery times.
• Decide delivery priorities in supply issues.
• Monitor daily programme and advise customer of status.
• Manage customer complaints as necessary.

Skills

Good working knowledge of production processes

Strong product knowledge in asphalt and drystone

IT literate with Microsoft Office and SAP

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in a similar working environment
