Job description

We have two roles for clients based around Heathrow - Days and nights (Apply online only) and (Apply online only)

Transport Planner - Salary £35k plus overtime days and Nights

Duties Include :

An experienced person with the capability to plan & manage vehicles for Import

collections and Export deliveries from Heathrow.

Arrange ADHOC temperature-controlled collections under GDP compliance

Ability to adapt and embrace change while keeping calm in a pressured time driven environment.

Needs to be familiar with DVSA, WTD, and UK legislation.

To work as part of the transport team.

To be flexible with working times and days, to be part of a shift operation.

Needs to be able to communicate effectively at all levels, with a history of dealing with

both internal and external customers,

Proven history in freight forwarding with the ability to demonstrate their forward

thinking attitude and how to compel others to follow the same.

Needs to be a good problem solver and enjoy the challenge.

Transport Coordinator - Salary £ 40k plus overtime - Nights only

Duties Include :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent customer service awareness and fulfilment

Excellent ability to problem-solve

Ability to cope with pressure and fast-paced change

Ability to work well, both individually and as part of a team
