A leading utility services provider in the UK is seeking a Transport and Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure the efficient operation of their transportation fleet. This role involves developing maintenance plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing safety protocols. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of UK transportation regulations, a Transport Managers CPC qualification, and a full UK driver’s license. As a Transport and Compliance Manager you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our transportation fleet. Your focus will be on meticulous maintenance planning, regulatory adherence, and safety protocol implementation.

Job Type: permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: (subject to experience), plus a company vehicle and fuel card.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance within the context of our operations at Lanes Group by having an in-depth knowledge of UK transportation regulations and compliance standards. Having previous experience with maintenance software and record-keeping systems is beneficial, a full UK drivers' licence is crucial to the role, as is a Transport Managers CPC qualification.
