A leading insurance provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Transformation Leader to architect a multi-year strategy for sustainable growth. This role combines strategic leadership with program management and requires collaboration across all functions. Candidates should have deep experience in large-scale transformations within financial services, strong stakeholder management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with executives. This is a transformation leadership role focused on transforming AXA UK into a market leading organisation. This role blends strategic leadership with program management discipline, technology enablement, spend optimisation and operating model effectiveness. You’ll architect and drive a multi-year transformation to help AXA meet our expense ratio commitments, whilst ensuring we’re set up for sustainable growth. The role requires close collaboration across all BUs and Functions, driving focused delivery aligned to shared goals/KPIs.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
