A leading fast-food chain in Greater London is seeking a Transformation Team Coordinator to support a high-performing team. You will coordinate change initiatives, manage an integrated calendar for leadership, and ensure strategic priorities are met. Ideal candidates will have experience in business operations or program coordination, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a competitive salary, bonus, and a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 remote).
As a Transformation Team Coordinator youll coordinate a high-performing team that brings together operational excellence portfolio management and change initiatives in a seamless consistent way. From administering the annual business planning process to managing an integrated calendar for the Senior Leadership Team youll provide direct support to the Transformation Director and ensure our strategic priorities are delivered with precision and impact.
