TOPRA (The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs) is the leading global membership body for regulatory affairs professionals working across healthcare sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and veterinary medicine.

We are seeking a Training Administrator (Public Courses) to provide administrative and logistical support for the delivery of TOPRA's Essential and CRED public training courses. This role is central to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for delegates, trainers and internal stakeholders.

The post holder will manage delegate enquiries, registrations and payments, maintain accurate records in TOPRA's CRM system, and coordinate course logistics including venues, materials and on-site support. You will also support trainers during course delivery, assist with attendance monitoring and troubleshooting, and manage post-course activities, including certificates, feedback, and record archiving.

This role suits an organised, detail-focused administrator with strong customer service skills and an interest in training, education or events administration. Occasional early starts and travel within London will be required.
