Overview

You'll be working with new and existing skilled shop floor assembly, fabrication and machining technicians to enhance their skills in modern manufacturing techniques

Responsibilities

• Define, design and deliver off- and on-the-job training for technicians in areas such as manual machining, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, brazing, welding, riveting, instrument assembly and safe use of hand and power tools

Qualifications

• Your background should include training apprentices and skilled engineers in workshop practices at an engineering manufacturer or training facility
• A formal apprenticeship background combined with a Train The Trainer or teaching qualification will be ideal but essential
