Job Description

We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly motivated individual to join our team in a key administrative role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with substantial experience in a comparable setting who is confident managing complex information and working in a fast‑paced environment. Your role will involve handling enquiries from staff, students and external partners at all levels, and ensuring a smooth, compliant service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update detailed record systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency at all times.
  • Handle day‑to‑day challenges using initiative and sound judgement, resolving issues independently and contributing to the smooth running of the service.
  • Interpret regulations and organisational policies, translating them into clear, practical advice and guidance for colleagues and service users.
  • Interpret and apply Data Protection requirements, handling sensitive and confidential information regularly.
  • Produce clear, concise documentation, reports and guidance as required.
Qualifications
  • Motivated, organised, proactive and self‑motivated.
  • Substantial experience in a comparable administrative environment, managing complex records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong report‑writing abilities.
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office suite, data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility, positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances, working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Diplomatic, discreet and professional when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and pride in delivering high‑quality work.
