Responsibilities
  • You will be required to work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours, with shifts 6am–10pm, Monday to Sunday, allocated 3 weeks in advance.
  • You may need to drive up to 2 hours to reach your venue; there may be instances of taking public transport depending on venue type.
  • Work across multiple clinic venues within your region; maintain high-quality standards in all locations.
  • Plan your route each day, arrive at your allocated venue, unpack and set up your kit, greet customers, and manage 15–22 customers per day with appointment lengths from 10–45 minutes depending on package and assessments chosen.
  • Perform various health assessments based on customer packages (e.g., PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy after qualification, Lung Function, Body Composition, short fitness tests) and advise on further testing where appropriate; update and maintain administration records.
  • There is no requirement to relay results or lifestyle advice to customers after assessments.
Requirements
  • A Full UK License and access to your own car (you will transport kit to/from venues; storage at home is required).
  • Ability to work any days between Monday and Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis (6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, 1pm–10pm).
  • Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets to a satisfactory degree.
  • Clear DBS (we will process this on your behalf).
  • Ability to travel up to 2 hours from your home location and occasional overnight stays as required.
  • Residency within the correct distance of the regional location of the role.
  • Ability to attend our Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Monday–Friday for both weeks).
  • Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
  • On onboarding, a satisfactory enhanced criminal records check is required (covered by us).
  • All roles require a satisfactory criminal record check as part of onboarding.

  • This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; all convictions, cautions, and bind-overs must be disclosed during the application process.
