Overview

Post: Trainee HR Advisor (level 3 CIPD qualified). Contract Type: Permanent with a view to develop, in the long term, into a HR Advisor. Salary Range: Grade 4, SCP 10-12 (£27,694 - £28,598 FTE). Working Type: Full Time. Base: Essa Academy, Lever Edge Lane, Bolton, BL3 3HH.

Role and requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual who wishes to progress and develop. It is essential that the candidate will already be qualified to a Level 3 CIPD. The ideal candidate has experience in administrative processes, can produce letters and write reports whilst using a high level of ICT packages. The individual must have the ability to multi task and manage a number of conflicting priorities. The experience of working in an administrative position is essential, and experience of working in a HR environment is desirable.

Development and responsibilities

You will develop by undertaking on the job training, as well as external relevant qualifications and training. The role will entail working closely with the HR Team, shadowing the Executive Director of HR, Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisors, regular travel will be required. You will be building effective working relationships with the employees in the trust including senior leaders and support them to secure positive outcomes for our students and putting students at the heart of all decision making.
