The role of a Recruitment Consultant at Reperio Human Capital

Become a specialist within your niche sector; keep up to date with market trends and ensure that you are the "go‑to" recruiter in your niche IT market.

  • Build your business empire of clients and candidates and forge strong, trusting relationships.
  • Gain an understanding of your client's and candidate's needs, offer a truly consultative service, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage the whole recruitment process and ensure it runs smoothly; schedule interviews, negotiate offers, post adverts, and perform the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
