Trainee Building Inspector
Salary: £27,900 + Up to 6% performance bonus
Working location: Field Based, Weymouth / Dorchester
Employment type: full time, permanent

Important Note: This is a physically demanding role requiring visits to various construction sites and inspection of buildings throughout the build process, including working frequently at height. Applicants must consider this before applying.

NHBC Building Safety Regulator Framework

NHBC has a dedicated professional team to support staff who require registration with the Building Safety Regulator as a "Registered Building Inspector". This includes training and development to undertake third-party accredited assessment schemes that evidence professional technical competency. NHBC will provide financial funding for completion of the assessment schemes as well as registration with the Building Safety Regulator.
